Today we’re announcing FriendCaster 4.1 with the addition of our new Photo Plugin. I’ve been really excited to get this release out there as we’ve put a lot of time into it. Posting photos to Facebook is a pretty common experience for myself and many of my friends, but the additional ability to stylize my photos with filters and more importantly to slap chat bubbles and captions on my photos really takes the Facebook photo thing to a different level. Not only can you edit new photos you’re posting to FriendCaster, you can also go back through your old photos and re-post newly edited versions of them with our plugin.
But wait, there’s more. You can also dive into any of your friend’s photo albums and repost edited versions of their photos to your news feed. I’m gonna stop here for a moment and give you a second to go download FriendCaster because honestly I can only imagine what clever antics may ensue now that you’re aware of what you can do with the new Photo Plugin.
Ok, now that you’re done slapping a beard and related thought bubble on your sibling let’s stop giggling and continue….
Along with the new photo features we’re adding a dark theme (saves a little battery life on some screens), made some additional interface tweaks and further worked to improve on the stability of the overall app. So, if you haven’t already, please do snag the latest update to FriendCaster now. You’ll be glad you did… and your Facebook photos will never be the same again. Use this new power wisely, my friend.

I applaud your enthusiasm. Are you guys reading the feedback on the market page? The new version (last two updates) made the app unusable.
